A small section of a memorial pole at the awe inspiring
village of Nim-quam-lease (spelling?), also known as Mammillacula. Tours
are sometimes offered at the site by a local host, and one treads with respect
whenever one visits the area. Accessible only by boat, one paddles into
the sheltered bay and enjoys some of the warmest water I have found in the
Broughton Archipelago.
